Ruben Reyes Hernandez

Mr. Ruben Reyes Hernandez most affectionately known as "Cuto" passed away on January 16, 2024 in Lake Wales, Florida at the age of 83. He was born on November 7, 1940 in Humacao, Puerto Rico to his parents, Ruperto Reyes and Carmen Hernandez.

Mr. Reyes Hernandez was a retired mechanic. He enjoyed playing the harmonica, trumpet, and maracas. He loved playing softball, playing dominoes, reading the bible and singing hymns.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Nydia Rivera and his parents, Ruperto Reyes and Carmen Hernandez.

Mr. Ruben Reyes Hernandez leaves his children, Hector Reyes, Nyvette Reyes, Arline Reyes, Yamaris Reyes; his 17 siblings; his grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to cherish her legacy.

The Celebration of Life for "Cuto" will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Richard Funeral Services 233 North 9th Street Haines City, FL 33844. The Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. (immediately following the service) at Forest Hill Cemetery 2646 East Grace Avenue Haines City, FL 33844.
