Myco excelled in basketball, earning the distinguished title of "City of Davenport Youth Basketball Champion," and he was exceedingly proud to be recognized as the most valuable player on his team. His dedication extended beyond just sports; he also took great delight in music, mastering instruments such as the drums, saxophone, and baritone. Myco's ability to connect with others through melody made him a cherished member of his community.
In addition to his sporting achievements, Myco was a compassionate and selfless soul. He was renowned for his kindness, always giving of himself to those in need. His friends and family fondly recall how he cared deeply about others, listened before speaking, and consistently brightened any room with his presence. His laughter was infectious, and he had a unique gift for making people smile, often joking around until everyone was crying with laughter.

The family of Myco Jean-Baptist, including his mother Guilaine Jean-Baptiste, father Marcorel Jean-Baptiste, sisters Guiliana, Marie, and Ivianna Jean-Baptiste, brother Isaiah Jean-Baptiste, and grandmother Helene Florveus, invite you to celebrate his life and accomplishments. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for October 25, 2025, at Beraca First Haitian Baptist Church in Haines City, Florida, beginning at 9:00 AM, followed by burial at Serenity Gardens in Lakeland, Florida, at 1:15 PM.
Myco's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him, and he will be deeply missed for his kindness, humor, and love.
