Minyone Tucker

Minyone Tucker, most affectionately known as “Mimi” passed away on March 10, 2024 in Orlando, Florida at the age of 55. She was born on October 3, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois to her parents, Mary and Ernest.

Minyone worked as a Program Assistant at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and she enjoyed being a volunteer for Youth Centers and Children Development organizations. She absolutely loved being a community organizer and volunteer. Mimi loved to shop and was passionate about design, fashion and interior decorating.

Minyone is preceded in death by her mother, Mary; her father, Ernest and her brother, Dwayne.

Minyone Tucker leaves her devoted husband of 13 years, Steven C. Tucker; her son, Keyone; her sisters, Calvette and Sharion; her stepson, Jeremy; her grandson, Sevin and a host of nieces, nephews, family members and friends to cherish her legacy.

A Visitation for "Mimi" will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Richard Funeral Services. The Celebration of Life Service will also be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Richard Funeral Services 233 North 9^th Street Haines City, FL 33844.
