Mrs. Marcell Stephens passed away on September 9, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held for Mrs. Stephens on Saturday, September 25th, at noon at Victory Church in Lakeland, Fl. A visitation for Mrs. Stephens will be held at 11 a.m. at the same location.
