Lukelle Dorsaint

Lukelle Dorsaint, affectionately known as Jolite and/or Luka, passed away on May 4th, 2024 in Haines City, Fl. He was 76 years old. Born in Ile-Avache, Haiti on November 18,1947 to the parents of Dorvilmond Dorcin and Cleana Gachette, Luka spent his childhood in Haiti before coming to Miami, Fl. Upon arriving to Miami, Fl., Luka worked at Fischer Island for 26 years as a Landscaper and Irrigation Maintenance Technician and eventually retired. Luka will be missed by all who knew him. Lukelle was preceded in death by his parents, Dorvilmond  Dorcin and Cleana Gachette, and his siblings Cleasane Dorcin and Villia Dorcin. Lukelle is survived by his wife, Marie M. Dorsaint Bell, his kids Jean G. Dorcin, Pierre E. Dorcin, Gerline Dorcin, and Joseline Dorcin; and his siblings Litane Dorcin, Louisiane Dorcin, Elanie Dorcin, and Venel Dorcin.

A visitation for Lukelle will be held on Friday, May 24th, from 5p.m. to 7p.m. at Richard Funeral Services in Haines City, Fl. 233 N 9th Street Haines City, Fl. 33844. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 25th at 10 a.m. at Beraca First Haitian Church in Haines City, Fl. 1250 N 26th Street Haines City, Fl. 33844
