Louimable Baptiste

Louimable Baptiste, affectionately known as Baptiste, was born on March 15, 1958, in Caymites, Haiti. He peacefully passed away on December 10, 2025, in Kissimmee, Florida, leaving behind a legacy of unwavering kindness and generosity.

Throughout his life, Baptiste was deeply committed to his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Marie Rose Charles, seven children—three sons and four daughters. Baptiste also cherished his six siblings, with whom he shared a bond that was unbreakable.

Baptiste's life was characterized by an extraordinary spirit of giving. His innate ability to bring laughter to even the most challenging moments was one of his most endearing qualities. He was never one to hold back when it came to helping others, especially his family, often giving selflessly of himself to ensure their well-being.

Professionally, Baptiste took immense pride in building a successful life through hard work and integrity. As a businessman, he was known for his honesty and generosity, traits that earned him the respect and admiration of his community. His commitment to his craft was matched only by his devotion to his loved ones.

An avid traveler, Baptiste found joy in exploring new places and absorbing different cultures. He also relished peaceful walks and took comfort in listening to Haitian radio podcasts that connected him to his roots. These interests not only enriched his life but also provided him with moments of reflection and peace. Above all, he was known as a devoted family man and a loyal friend, whose kindness left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Baptiste was preceded in death by his father, Elouimable Jean Baptiste, and his mother, Idamize Louijen. His memory will be honored during a series of services held to celebrate his life and legacy.

Visitation will take place on December 26, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Richard Funeral Services, located at 233 N. 9th Street, Haines City, FL 33844. A Celebration of Life will follow on December 27, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM at Winter Haven First Church of the Nazarene 560 3rd St SW Winter Haven, FL 33880, concluding at 11:30 AM. Baptiste will be laid to rest at Serenity Gardens, located at 3350 Mall Hill Drive, Lakeland, FL 33805, with the burial service beginning at 12:15 PM.
