Mr. Kasuga Forte passed away on November 29, 2021. A visitation for Mr. Forte will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 10 a.m. A Celebration of Life will start immediately after the visitation at 11 a.m. All services will be held at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland, Fl.
