Gaspar Flores

Gaspar Flores, affectionately known as "Pali," passed away on June 8, 2026, in Winter Haven, Florida. Born on April 16, 1948, in Naguabo, Puerto Rico, Gaspar lived a life marked by generosity, kindness, and an unwavering dedication to his family and community.

Throughout his life, Gaspar was known as a generous soul who took great joy in helping those in need. His skills as a handyman were well recognized among friends and neighbors, always ready to lend a hand to fix something and bring relief. He found pleasure in the simple moments, particularly enjoying peaceful walks along the beaches of Puerto Rico, a testament to his love for the natural beauty of his birthplace.

Gaspar held his family close to his heart. He always wanted the best for his children and grandchildren, and his legacy is deeply reflected in the lives of those he cherished most. He is survived by his daughters, Nancy Flores and Wanda Flores Gonzalez, and his siblings Luisa, Bienvenida, Sol, Nestor, Luz, and Carmen. His grandchildren—Alize, Julien, Anaise, and Jaden—were a source of immense pride and joy for him. Gaspar was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carmen Flores, and his parents, Faustino Flores and Eugenia Rivera.

A Celebration of Life will be held on June 20, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Richard Funeral Services, located at 233 N. 9th Street, Haines City, Florida. Following the service, the burial will take place at Auburndale Memorial Park, 1889 W Derby Ave, Auburndale, Florida, from 2:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Gaspar's remarkable generosity, his dedication to his family, and the warmth he extended to all who knew him have left an indelible imprint on the hearts of his loved ones. He will be remembered with respect and affection by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
