Cleophas Donaldson Blugh

Mr. Cleophas Donaldson Blugh most affectionately known as “Leo” passed away on June 19, 2023 in Kissimmee, Florida at the age of 90. He was born on July 17, 1933 in St. Vincent & the Grenadines to his parents, Hilton and Millicent Blugh.

Mr. Blugh later met and married the love of his life, Delcie Campbell and they shared 19 years of marriage together. He was  a retired school teacher and principal. In his free time he enjoyed traveling, driving, writing, camping, swimming and playing dominoes and other board games.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilton & Millicent Blugh and his siblings, Sylvanus Blugh, Urbane Blugh, Ceta Winchester and Klassell Alexander.

Mr. Cleophas Blugh leaves his loving wife of 19 years, Delcie Blugh; his children, Cipreen, Margarette, Cameron, Philorn, Leroy; his sister, Valeta Charles, his grandchildren, Marlon, Tristan, Talib, Oren, Nigel, Charnelle and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to cherish his legacy.

A Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Poinciana Seventh Day Adventist Church. The Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2023 at 12 noon at Poinciana Seventh Day Adventist Church.
