Carlos Eugene Wiggins

Carlos Eugene Wiggins, born in Lakeland, Florida on April 17, 1970, passed away peacefully in Panama, Florida on November 24, 2025. He was a devoted family man and a cherished friend, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness that touched the lives of many.

Carlos was preceded in death by his father, Jessie Johnson, and his mother, Catherine Mustepher. Their guiding influence shaped the remarkable individual he became and instilled in him the values of compassion and dedication.

He is survived by his beloved brother, Patrick Wiggins (Lawanda), along with his sisters, Regina Sherrod and Andrea Richardson. Carlos was a proud uncle to his nieces and nephews, including Reginald (Ciara), Harold, James, Zarian, and Anaias, and he shared unique bonds with his nieces: Ebony (Wayne), Aneshia, Ammburly, Ieshia, Ashlyn, Jasmine S., Jasmine M., Shaquandria, and Dalaya. Each left an indelible mark in his heart.

Extended family included his dear cousin, Credelle Williams, and Cynthia Pinnock, as well as special brother and sister, Michael Dickey and Sylvia Dickey Forte. Carlos's family was further enriched by a host of grandnieces, nephews, and many sorrowing friends who will carry his memory closely with them.

As we celebrate the life of Carlos Eugene Wiggins, we reflect on his kindness, warmth, and the joy he brought into our lives. His spirit will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.
