Affoue Lucie Youssef, affectionately known as Lucie, was born on April 20, 1974, in Beoumi, Ivory Coast, and peacefully departed this world on November 10, 2024, in Kissimmee, Florida. Lucie led a life filled with compassion and dedication, tirelessly working as a Home Health Aide for Good Samaritan Society. Her gentle spirit and nurturing care touched the lives of many, reflecting her deep commitment to helping others in their time of need.

Lucie's passion extended beyond her professional life; she found joy in dancing, an expression of her vibrant personality that radiated warmth and light. She embraced life with an open heart, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Lucie leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and resilience through her cherished family. She is survived by her beloved children, Koby Youssef and Rihana Youssef, from her previous 25-year marriage to Ashraf Youssef, whom she met in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Dina Carlson, trusted step-daughter and devoted advocate. Her devoted parents, Kouame Kouassi and Lingue Adjo Beatrice, have been a source of unwavering support, and her cousin, Nguessan Konan, remains a treasured friend and confidant.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life and cherish the moments shared during the visitation at Richard Funeral Services in Haines City, Florida, on November 23, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM. The Celebration of Life will follow at 12:00 PM, allowing everyone to reflect on Lucie's enduring spirit and the joy she brought into their lives. She will be laid to rest at Forest Hill Cemetery at 1:30 PM, where her loved ones can gather to honor her memory and bid her farewell.

While her physical presence may be gone, Lucie's kind soul will forever remain in the hearts of those she loved. As the days and years go by, the echo of her laughter and the warmth of her embrace will be remembered, guiding her family and friends through life's challenges. Rest in peace, dear Lucie; you will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
