My heart still cries for "My Mama" as I called her. No, she was not my flesh and blood but I loved and adored her as I would my own Grandmother. Mrs. Mesidor was my one patient I looked forward to seeing every single day. Even on my off days I would think about something funny she said or did and it always brought a smile to my face. I can still hear her saying "Thank you Baby" every time I would help her with something. Whether it was giving her medicine, or when I would spend 20 minutes in her room trying to pick out the specific dress she wanted to wear lol. She was sassy and fiesty and I loved her so much. She was the highlight of my day. I would check on her at night and on some nights, kiss her on the forehead and say Good night Mama, I love you. She was sound asleep and would always mouth I love you too! Everyone loved her at Haines City. I can still hear her singing her songs about Jesus. She loved when we would play music and she would dance to the beat in her chair. She had great rhythm :) She Had a beautiful soul, and was soooo loving and kind. You couldn't help but love her. I pray that when my time comes she is one of the first people I see again when I get to Heaven. I miss you Mama! Love your Nurse Always- Jacqui
